• Delivery address — the address where the skip will be placed

• Payment information — processed securely via PayPal. We do not store card details on our servers.
• Communications — any emails or messages you send us
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited (via cookies/analytics)

To fulfil your booking, we work with a network of licensed skip hire operators. When you place an order, your delivery name, address, contact number and order details are shared with the operator assigned to your area. All operators in our network are EA-licensed waste carriers.

We may also share data with:

• PayPal — to process your payment securely
• Google Analytics — anonymised website usage data
• Local authorities — where a road placement permit is required
• Legal and regulatory bodies — where required by law

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• Booking records — 6 years from the date of the booking (HMRC requirement)
• Waste transfer documentation — 2 years minimum (EA requirement)
• Marketing preferences — until you withdraw consent
• Website analytics — 26 months (Google Analytics default)
