Are the prices shown guaranteed?

Yes — prices shown for your postcode are fixed. The only additions are road permits (shown clearly in step 3) and extended hire (shown in step 5). No other extras.

How quickly can you deliver?

Same-day and next-day delivery are available in most areas. Standard online bookings default to 2 days — this gives us time to get the order in. Road placements requiring a council permit need 5 working days minimum.

Do I need a permit for a road skip?

Yes — any skip on a public road needs a council permit. We handle the application on your behalf. The permit fee is shown clearly before you book, with no additional charges.

What can't I put in a skip?

Hazardous waste — asbestos, chemicals, paint, gas cylinders, oils — cannot go in a skip. Tyres, fridges and TVs need special disposal; mention them in the notes field and we'll advise.

Do you cover Scotland?

Our instant online pricing covers England and Wales. For Scotland, please call us on 01424 755581 and we'll arrange a quote directly.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes — enter code SAVE10 in the notes field and we'll take £10 off when we confirm your booking.

How do I pay?

We take payment by card, bank transfer or PayPal when we call to confirm your booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express — all payments are secure.
